There are a few things we would like you to have prepared before your visit to La Luz Women’s Center. These include:
- The date of the first day of your last menstrual cycle (LMP).
- A photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, school ID)
- Proof of Pregnancy (only required if you already know you are pregnant and want to enroll in Earn While You Learn)
